These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyAdAnalytics ("Service"), operated by Red Green Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use License and Account Terms

• New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days

4. Data Ownership and Content

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your data to provide the Service
• Create aggregated, anonymized statistics
• Make backups to prevent data loss

You may export your data at any time. We provide tools to download your data in common formats. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export.

When connecting third-party services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access and use that data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding your data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Red Green Solutions LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Uptime

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience occasional downtime for maintenance.

• Response times vary based on plan level and issue severity

7.3 Updates and Changes

8.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYAD ANALYTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Red Green Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you 30 days to export your data.
